The primary goal of the project was to create a brand and design that represented a top wealth management group. HDG collaborated closely with owners to develop a name (Leelyn Smith) and brand identity that aligned with the client's vision and objectives. HDG played a crucial role in finding the building and assisting with the acquisition process.

As part of the renovation, the building was transformed into a versatile space that accommodates various purposes. It now features two rental units, providing unique lodging experiences for visitors and renters, a state-of-the-art kitchen showroom and adjacent retail boutique. The main commercial space was remodeled, serving as the headquarters for Leelyn Smith. Our team’s background in real estate and design enabled us to guide the project from brand ideation to the final execution.
